The worst after sales service, where we have to keep calling the manager to sweeper to know about the status of spares availability for which we would be paying a huge amount. The managers in the service centre (Chennai) are the biggest liars and useless guys.
The service engineers do not know whether the parts are under warranty and they simply charge the customers. They charge heavily for their products and never bother to give them a courteous service.
I would never buy a whirlpool product in my life and would not recommend it to anyone
