Wasim Akram, together with Waqar Younis has formed one of the deadliest pace attack in the cricket world of all times. Among the two Wasim was more consistent than Waqar.At one time he was simply unplayable for any batsman may it be batsman of Sachin standards.
But in recent times, his form has dropped as was evident in the current series with England.
I think this is the correct time for him to take retirement gracefully.
