Originality:

The main thing about the album is the fusion of Indian,Western and chinese music, it is difficult to mix it with correct proportion but ARR who is a king of western classical has done it with ease. The instruments used in this albums are some traditional indian instruments and chinese instruments like Duduk, Ehru, Dizi and Taiko drums and all other necessary instruments like violins and others for orchestartion. The major instruments that is used almost in all the tracks are Percussions and Flute. Naveen who performed Flute and Sivamani who performed percussions for all the tracks has done a great job and have given their best in

this album.

Totally there are 15 tracks in this album. Let us see about each track seperately

1) Warriors of Peace song

This is the only song in this album. This song comes two times in the CD one in English version and the other Hindi version. The hindi version is sung by Sadhanasargam and penned by Mehboob and the english version is sung by Sunithasarathy and penned by Blaaze. The song is an excellent melody with soft beats in the background and strings (Tambura) have been used well in this song. I heard the original chinese version of this song in tamilurban.com which I think as the best than these two versions.

The chinese version is sung by Jolin tsai and penned by Francis lee. Because the chinese langauge itself sounds like a music and the blends well with the tune. Even the english version is good but the hindi version is not impressive but both the singers have tried to bring out same feel as in the chinese version and they have done thier job well. The english lyrics by blaaze is good. The female humming of the tune is simply soothing. The tune of this song is used in almost all the tracks of the album played with different instruments and sounds. I could stop hearing this song repeatedly as like any ARR's songs.

2) Golden Era

In this track the song is well orchestrated with flute, violins and vocal chords of backingvocals. This track starts with a pleasant sound of Flute playing the tune of the theme song. Then slowly the violins with backing vocals performs the same tune in a slightly increased tempo and ends well with a solo violin palying the tune again. A great orchestartion with lot of instruments and sounds makes this track special.

3) Lord An's Empire

This track is an excellent fusion of indian classical and chinese music. The track starts with singers Murdasa mustafa and kadhir mustafa singing an alapana similar to that of the way the muslims sing in the mosque in the early morning when they pray god. Then suddenly the track shifts to sounds of traditional chinese instruments Taiko drums with singers singing classical swaras ''saregamapathanisa'' in the background.Wow what a fusion, only ARR can come up with such experiments.

4) Water

This track can be enjoyed more in the visuals than mere audio. Even though, it sounds great with a solo flute dominating the whole track with violin orchestrations in the background.

5) Horses

All the historical war movies have a situation in which 100's of horses will run fastly in plains for battle with their opponenets and I think this track is for such a situation in which the percussions of Sivamani simply rocks. A grand orchestartion combined with percussion brings out the feel of flying horses .The music moves as fastly as the horses fly in the visual.

6) Mountains

This is again a pleasant track with violins and flute orchestartion and sounds again but great unlike others. When you hear this track just close your eyes and just recall your memories of your travel to some hill resorts with mountains and bring the visual in front of your eyes and you can feel how well the music blends with the visual. Simply the best track of the album.

7) Dacoit duel

This track starts with some strange sound with a sad note played using a traditional chinese string. Then suddenly the track shifts to hard percussion beats which has some indian style of score. In the middle it moves to a bit of next track ''Lai chi'' and comes back, I don't know why. The tracks ends like ''Beat of passion'' in taal with percussion continuously increasing the tempo. I don't say that this track is similar to Taal music because it has a completely different sound and feel and the beats are harder. Rocks you immediately after first listening.

8) Lai chi

This track also starts with mild drum beats and then a very rare tune is played with some strange string instrument again. Listen to it carefully, the tune is very complex how fastly the notes are changing and twisting. Excellent tune. But before you fully enjoy the track it suddenly ends without a proper finish.
