Firstly, the food is good the presentation is not that good but can you expect from a dhaba. actually its not a dhabha nor a restaurant its stuck somewhere stuck between it.
ambiance is good, decor is a little bit dull . customer service is okay, not perfect, but the food sevice is fast, and it tastes good also. not as perfect as a complete restaurant but its good and cheap as well. its is a good valu for money deal.
