Voonik.com – The Company full of Unprofessional(s). Completely Fraud Company


I have ordered a watch from Voonik on 14th September 2016, My order no was #R006443802. The expected date of delivery was 23rd September 2016.


First and fore most thing I have not received any SMS from their side giving the status of my order.


When I called them, the customer service officer told me that the item is delayed but will be surely receive within 24-48 hours. But neither I have received my order, nor have received any call or message from Voonik


Now I had called them 4 times to know the exact status of my order. And each and every time 4 different customer service person had given me 4 different reverts


First Customer service officer, the worst one, told me that the order is delayed and the same is not updated in the system by their courier people because there might be worst weather conditions, or there might be an accident or anything else can happen… WHAT KIND OF ANSWERS ARE THESE, I DON’T UNDERSTAND


Second Customer service officer told me that the order is in transit and is received in Pune office but there might be some paper work which is remaining, so that is why the order is delayed and will be delivered in next 24-48 hrs… WHAT KIND OF PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED, GOD ONLY KNOWS


Third Customer service officer apologized and told me that the order will be delivered in next 5-6 working days without tell me the exact reason for such a delay. I told the 3rd customer care officer that please call me back with exact status, to which he said that he would not be able to call back, there is no system to call back the customers


I again called them through landline, which got missed. So I received a call back from Voonik call centre, this person told me that the compliant is forwarded to the concerned department, he can neither cancel the order, nor he is having an authority to refund the amount… JUST CHECK THE CONTRADICTORY STATEMENT WHICH THE 3RD CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER HAD GIVEN THAT THERE IS NO SYSTEM BY WHICH THEY CAN CALL BACK THE CUSTOMERS, IF THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE CASE, THEN WHY I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM VOONIK


Guys, I have not received any satisfactory response related to delivery of my order from this unethical and fake company, nor have received my product.


Voonik people are least concerned about the concerns of the customers.


I must say that this is the company with bunch of unethical, unprofessional, fraud people who are just running a fraud company. Who don’t have any products but have the fancy images to display on their website so the people placing the order will be trapped and later they won’t bother whether product will be delivered or not.


Guys, it is my sincere advise, if you do not want to waste your time and money on these unethical people, then please do not place order from Voonik.
