We all know the imortance of air conditioners in summer seasons, it help to keep our room temperature down and feel cooling and resist to hotness. With same intension we purchased Voltas Vertis Elite 1 Ton Split AC for my bed room and attached is the picture of same. It is in white colour, we borught in year 2015 in rupees of INR 30K.
It was installed by its customer service team, but, within 6 month of its usage compressor get off which was not expected, however, there customer support chaged it as it was in within warrenty. Its makes some sound whenever voltage gets down as well as its electricity is much high as compared to other AC in my home. Also, it take 5-10 Minutes to cool down our room.
Due to its low cooling isues we has to contact its customer support team and due to which we could not rely on its and we are much dissatified by purchasing it.
It is totally not value for money becuase, its electicity consumption is very high.
