I had been using this from past two months and I like it.its so easy to operate.it has three push buttons one for hot water , cold water and normal water.i liked this feature hence I bought this.i like to have green tea any time in a day so now it's so easy just one push button pressed for water and my tea is ready. It's so portable and doesn't consume more space.it is designed in such a way that it looks stylish and at same time it can fit any corner of your kitchen .i like its power indicator design also, it shows on which mode your purifier is working like hot or cold.Its very easy to clean.although it doesn't becomes messy .but cleaning is essential .I don't know about their customer service as till now I didn't find any need to contact them.so can't comment on it.t he only tiring work is to lift bottle and place in it.otherwise good to use.
