I am using Vodafone since 1.6 year as I have a corporate plan and its a rental 699/- plan which is one of costly plan but even after that the service is very bad and disappointing from Vodafone. Internet connectivity packs are costly and even after that the connectivity is very poor, voice quality is OK but network flaps so much even I belong from a good urban area of capital, most disappointing thing is the application of Vodafone it take so much time and not a user friendly app also they app require a update every 7 days and if you didn't update it don't go ahead so it is like a simple dictatorship that you have to update otherwise stop using . customer care is so irresponsible and they didn't even know many times that what exact solution they have to provide. only good thing is billing process its accurate and time to time.
