I purchased one year prepaid plan in 26 Nov 2019 for Rs 1699/-. Since last 3 months, service is hopeless since I am not able to call or receive call most of the time. I followed every suggestion from customer care, namely change of SIM card, settings of network, change hand set. Issue remains as it is. Then Vodafone asked 15 days to resolve. When failure to resolve was reported, Vodafone has asked for three months!
Other options:
to transfer facilities to another of my Vodafone number, was turned down.
So also the suggestion for refund!
