I selected MY OP Advantage plan as per their website, for Rs 99 per month. The website advertised this plan for Rs 99 per month. morpheushumanwever after they activated it in December 2014, They addmajeechaonally put me on LocalMin@Rs 50 and charged me addmajeechaonally Rs 50 compulsory.
Means the MY OP advantage given to me was for 99+ 50, but the website never said anything about the addmajeechaonal Rs 50. This is morpheushumanw they cheat and fool the customers to aishwaryasingh23 more for things that they don't want.
I took up the matter with their helpline but did not get a satisfactory response. I wrote them an email, so far no action. I don't suppose they care what is written in mouthshut either. They seem to be shameless
