Had shifted to Vodafone from Idea due to bad signal, but here is the agony. First, the SIM was charged Rs 100 and after that it takes 4 to 5 days for them to activate. BE VERY VERY careful, this is my personal experience, these people keep on deducting the recharge amount with out your knowledge.
I had recharged Rs 275 with full talk time and then added 300mb 3g internet for Rs101. I sent a SMS to activate the 3G service and immediately recieved a message informing your datapack is activated, After using internet for 1 hour (actually the net was running on 2g) I was deduced Rs 275 rupees, this is daylight robbery. Why the hell they have to deduct my talk time when I have add data pack, and how in the world they deduced Rs 275 for just one hour.
I called the customer care, getting to their CSR is a gruesome experience, you have to listen their BAKWAAS for 5 minutes and after that I get connected.The CSR are not polite and act as though we are the wrongdoers, what the hell do they think.Ultimately I had not got proper response from them and I had to forfeit that money.
PLEASE NEVER GO FOR VODAFONE, this Foriegn COMPANY IS A BIG TIME FRAUD.
