I converted my number from postpaid to prepaid on Sunday 07th July 2013 through Vodafone store at Bandra? Hill Road, Mumbai and they charge me an amount of Rs.381 which includes an E-Top up of Rs.352. My card was activated last evening and today its the 5th day where I had to visit the store again and the recharge has not yet been done. Your customer service executive named Yamini Patel promises me that this will be done in half an hour but to no use. Its 3 hours now. Do you want me to waste my time again and visit your store. And what I get in return is False promises?


When this recharge was done on Sunday, your customer executive named Sagar promised me a Talk time of Rs.250 and 1GB of data with a validity of 30 days. But when I visit the store today, an executive named Nilesh informs that I will be given only 300 MB. Well, I knew this would happen therefore I have everything in written.


Just one question: DO YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS?


I wish VODAFONE WOULD REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY DON'T.
