I am a user of vodafone from previous one year. I live in delhi. And in delhi its network is good at all places and also I get 4g speed of 1mbps on an average at my room classes and also when I am travelling so I can tell that its network is good. This time I went my hometown samastipur bihar and at that place its network was worst. There I was able to use only 2g at speed of 10 kbps on average, no 3g, no 4g. So now I can say that its network is not as good as they advertise. In a metro city good network is not a big thing but its bad network in a small town matters much more as its users are also there.


Its customer service is also not good as sometimes when I am in need of talk I am unable to connect on 198 or 199. I call on 198 after selecting all options when I press 9 to talk to customer care the menu options are repeated. This problem happened with me many times and it continoued for 2-3 days always.


When I talked to customer care about it they said they cannot do anything. So that irritates me. Also they donot solve my problems clearly and when I asked to transfer to senior they replied that no senior is available and disconnects my call .


They give me pretty good offers. As previously they give me the offer plan of 396 in which call was unlimited for 84 days and 1 gb data daily. But after end of my plan I am not getting any new offers. My Billing experience with vodafone is very worst. Whenever I recharge my no. and use it they always deduct money from my account for the services I have never activated neither knew about them. And when I contacted customer care than after long conversation sometimes they refund me and sometimes not. But that is not good for a customer as I have to waste my time over phone and after that also there is chance of not getting refund. So now I have started to not keeping balance. From previous 3 month my account has 17 paise as main balance. Its wrong charges and billing irritates me now I am going to do port. So I would not even dare to recommend vodafone to other after experiencing it.
