This is my honest review on vodafone
the vodafone mobile operator is the one of the biggest service provider int the world . when he took over the hutch I got my new no of vodafone too. I thought of its services are good but then I realise not everything is as it from the outside. what I like is signal strength and that time the net speed of vodafone was quite good even with 2g believe me it was good but then the bad things things starts, first they start unknown service in my no without my permissions and they charged like hell. for more then 10 times I have to call them to deactivate the service and still the service wont go down guys, yes u are reading right, the service wont go down.
They robbed me like 500 rs out of my pocket by this way and times by times I start hating them. they even blocked my no so that I cant call customer care. can u believe that, how can they do. and the last worst thing was happened to me was that I recharged my no with voda 2g net and they told me it will be activate after 4 hours and so I waited for 5 hours instead and start using my internet after that and downloaded like 50 mb data and stops the net. in the morning I got the msg that I have -500 rs balance in my cell charged for using data service . now tell me folks what is wrong with them? what was my fault. when I called customer care they said I cant do anything u have to pay for using ur cell no again. so . thats it. I never paid them for robbing me and torn that piece of sim card for ever.
