Network Coverage : As we all know vodafone acquired hutch network and named it as vodafone, so when it comes to network coverage it is average, u can rely on this network but my usage of this network has created a lot of problem, sometimes I wont get network in the place I live.
U may face call drops and voice distortion. There is more scope of improvement and they need to come up with good network coverage.
Customer Service : Customer care service is also average, sometimes u need to wait a long time to connect with the customer care executive and after your wait, the problem you are facing may be resolved or they say to hold the call and disconnect from there end.
Charges and Billing : as compared to other network operators the call charges is little more and they dont provide good plans for the old costumers.
Most concerned thing is the data plans, they charge more for simple 2g data while 3g, 4g plans are not cheap as well. After the release of Jio may be its time for them to change their plans and move with better strategy.
