Let me inform you about this BIG name today. I m suppose to be one of the oldest customer Vodafone has.
and today when in the morning I called them. and asked "last month I asked you to cancel blah blah service then why it is charged to me" then I got a reply from Sheetal Binoy Rosario "it is chargeable so it is charged" and that too in a such a arrogant way she replied, I can't see this customer care is really taking care of their customers.
Last month I requested for cancellation of some service they offer called 'Learn English' when I saw this month also I have been charged I asked her this. It seems we call them for Time pass, nothing else they make us annoyed and then also we are suppose to keep cool and calm with them. Bull-shit, why don't they understand that at first call if we get good service we will never go back to them for the same thing.
For reversing also they have long procedures but for charging they have very small procedures.
secondly when I asked that I want to speak to your supervisor they just keep you on hold. and they never let you speak to him. you just keep holding your phone for 10 min. 15 min. 20 min. so on and on and on., .
Very pathetic, very very disappointing service I must say.
So Be wise while selecting this service.
