I had written a complaint on 14 feb. I did not get any response. Then I wrote on 17 Feb and I did not get any response. Then I logged a complaint on their mobile app. I got a call post which they committed to solve my multiple issues with 48 hours and it is not 6 days and none of my complaints have been resolved till date.
I think Vodafone does not care about their customers at all. TRAI please look into this.
If there is any score less than 0, I would like to give that.
