Let me share my experience with vodafone 3G so you don't have to regret after buying it. I have purchased Vodafone 3G usb stick 6 months before the No is 8980600183 a prepaid card. Then after I did recharge of Rs.4249 for 6 months validity and 18GB data transfer.
I purchased it to use at my home. It working ok only 2 points of tower while using in living room of my home and if I use it from my bed room it converts to 2G and at very very low speed. Even my home is in center of city in very posh area I have to face this problem. I complained to Vodafone customer service twice that I am not getting proper network network. They told me issue will be resolved within 15 working days. LOL 15 days !
The is the longest time in service industry. After 2 moths the problem become worst. That 2 points is as not working and it my 3 is totally working on 2G with several interruption a day and connects hardly catches 3G for few minutes and that after disconnect or no data transfer.
I made complaint 4 times but no response and no resolution till date.
"HAPPY TO HELP" Only in their tag line and zoozoo only flyes well on TV ads.
