Viva Books are very accessible book store for me as it is the nearest book shop from my area, One day I visit there to get some books, when I visit there there is no one who deal with me so the owner said to came after one hour.
After one hour I came there again and ask for the book, there workers are not helpful as they said to find it own, I am not able to find that books so I again ask them again as I am in urgent requirement of that books but now they talk with me very rudely and also comment on me.
At last the books which I am finding are not available at there store, they are out of stock. Though they provide variety of books but this time they are not having the books which I am required.
In conclusion I will say that this books store is having less number of books as they are always out of stock.
