We have heard so many story of how some one flew away with your money. Till now it was only practiced on Road.and mostly in Individual capacity.
But VISTARA AIRLINES has topped all. There intention and attitude towards customer is bad, rather ugly and criminal minded. They don't want you to cancel tickets and if you do so they will eat out your entire money.
This airlines is a shame of TATA Group and Ratan TATA and proving that all the DRAMA around ethic, transparency, responsibility, customer experience are nothing but a way to eat out customers money.
My booking ID is 3VI7XE and Vistara management should know who they have a criminal approach towards its esteemed customers.
