Last month me along with my friends made a trip to Goa it was not pre planned so we were not getting airlines ticket only vistara was offering us some tickets we booked them immediately without any second thought.
The economy class of vistara airlines is 10 to 15% expensive than other Airlines but we had no choice there checking staff was very slow also they were not polite with senior citizens which disturb us a lot.
The quality of seat and cabin was nice being economic class but the food they serve was of very poor quality and unhygienic. The flight was delayed by 15 minutes without any reason which shows that they are not punctual with their work friends don't go for vistara Airlines you can save a bunch of your money with Air India or Kingfisher.
