I had bought a VA703 monitor in Jan 2007. It stopped working at the end of 3 yrs warranty period ie Dec-2009.
The support purposely delayed looking into the problem by asking me to buy a new power cable and data cable. Since I live suburb, I took me some time before I could arrange a power and data cable and finally figure out that the monitor has gone bad. By then the warranty period had just expired and they refused to fix the problem claiming it was outside warranty. When I told that the case was opened when it was in warranty, they were silent on the same.
They refused to connect me to a supervisor/manager and the email to them went unanswered.
I tried calling them at least 20 times and finally gave up.
Their attitude was very unprofessional. I will not buy another view sonic product again.
