I have experienced the worst. Nothing can be worst than this. From preauth approval to final bill approval...everything was pathetic.
Preauth approval : it took 3 days for me get the preauth approval. Reason : when the hospital sent for preauth approval, it was rejected with reason policy is not active. What bullshit. Then when enquired further....it was told that the policy is active but sum insured updated is zero in the system. To rectify this it took 3 days.
Final bill approval: hospital sent final bill approval at 2pm. And final approval for Vidal came at 1040pm.
All the took multiple customer care calls...where in each call it takes somewhere between 20 to 60 mins to connect to an executive.
Overall it was really really really really really bad will be bad word....it was really really really very very very pathetic.
