Vicky.in delivered Wrong products.they collected more than Rs 5500 from us for 2 helmets and DELIVERED LESS PRICED HELMETS -WRONG ITEMS also HELMET is in broken condition.
now they are not picking our phone calls and asking us to DEAL with Vendor directly for returning products. asking us to aishwaryasingh23 double shipping charges 800+800 Rs for returning Helment back which was purchased few months back.

Clearly, thr vendor doesnt have what was ordered. Neither Chrome Plated(we didnt order Economy) models nor 580cm for both helmets.
Pls refund the amount, cancel orderes and arrange to pick back the delivered goods.

The vendor will send send some other product like gloves, airpolution mask, or balcalava which cover his return logistics cost.

White Ninja 3G Chrome Plated size 580mm(not XL)
BLUE Ninja 3G Chrome Plated size 580mm(not XL)
So, both the Helmets given to me right now are wrong. Both need replacement cause those r not chrome plated and not 580mm
Please check order detials against it and confirm the stock availability. If not available, pls plan to return all money and take the current helmets back.

The helmets are not of the modek what we paid for. We have received 3G economy but we had ordered the chrome plated ones. Theres large cost difference in both types.
the both helmets sent are of XL size, while we had ordered the X(580cm) size.
