Very bad infrastructure and ettiquetes. Review on Vibes - Hyderabad

I recently visited Vibes Madhapur for some services. The place is located on the first floor with some dingy stairs leading  to it. I could see a group of men and women standing and talking in a way that made me doubt if the salon existed or if it was some college.

I was greeted and made to wait for sometime. Later a lady asked me to come into her cabin and started explaining about dermatology and slimming treatments. I politely refused but she kept insisting. Finally I got fed up and told her that I was not interested. It is fine to market about your services but not really good if you go on and on even when the other person is refusing.

The infrastructure is very very bad. The facial rooms are very small and all the time the noisy staff voices can be heard which is very irritating. They dont even have the manners to keep some calm when customers are present.

Another shocking thing was that one of the staff members was happily walking in and out of the main service area as if it was his house while other women were present. He was talking to the staff and chit chatting! I found this absolutely disgusting and when I reported this saying that its very sub standard, the staff kept saying that there was no one other than the hair dresser. As if I was blind and cannot differentiate between a uniformed male staff member and an another outsider. They kept exchanging glances meaning they knew who it was but did not want to name him.

There are many many better outlets which do follow some code of conduct. Stay away from this one if you can!
