I had a Vibes discount Voucher for facial. I called up the Koramangala branch, they were all booked for the day. So I went to jayanagar Branch. I had to travel 1.5 hrs to reach Jayanagar from from place. Thinking that it will be for one day I went there. I went there around 3 pm. I was there till 8.30 pm. They were talking about their offers and slimming treatments. End at 8.30 I paid 35K for slimming and inch lossunder the condition that I will be given treatment in the Koramangala branch.
I called the koramangala branch that weekend and they said that cannot be done. I had to go back to jayanagar and since then every time I go they gave me some radiations for half an hour for which I had to travel 1.5hrs one way. When finnaly I asked them to start the full treatment for inch loss as well. They started showing their true color. They told me that they cannot do it. They refused me appointment for the next week. They said that my 35 K is noting for them. When I said I will file a case They challenged me saying "DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN".
Then I contacted the Corporate office Delhi. Their response was even worse. When I droped a mail to the VP of the corporate office she called to ask the details of the complain. From then on my calls were never answered by her. The person who picks the call will say that she is not in office.
I sent a legal notice and then there was a response. Still I havent got my 35 K or the treatment worth it.
