Booked a refundable ticket from SIN to BOM but after booking the support said you would get only 50$ refund after two months out of the$389 paid. Is that what you call refundable?
There is no option to cancel online . . . .
The support sucks, it takes like atleast 20 mins before you are connected to a representative and then they would not directly help, rather asking to drop an email. . . .
No email response is provided unless you chase it at least 3 - 5 times over the next 3 - 5 days . . .
They just give fake advertisements . . . .I just can't understand how some marquee investors have put money into this company . . . .
