I feel this review is:
I booked a ticket from Delhi to Bagdogra dated 09th Oct'16 but accidentally it got booked for 02nd Oct'16 for an amount of INR.3500.I called Via.com multiple times to get this changed & was been asked to pay an amount of INR.5500 to reschedule the ticket .In this amount I could easily book another fresh ticket.I requested the customer service dept to do something but they denied stating that I will have to pay this amount to reschedule the ticket.This is a very pathetic & Awful customer service I have ever come across in my entire life.
