They set my wife in a new two year contract on the call to discontinue service and told her that every thing was OK to move to ATT with my service. We were beyond her old contract and free to go.
Then they kept sending a bill. And became so dishonest that I made me want to vomit! After years of fighting them they hurt us on our house refinance. And cost us$800+ to make them go away. I hate this company! I would love to punch any of the upper management right in the nose. And hope some one does.
