The worst after sales service. Review on Venus Water Heaters

Venus home appliances is a totally corrupt company only into making  profit and not giving a credible after SALES SERVICE. Buying  Venus water heater means  paying for getting headache & getting Insulted by their manner less boorish bihari villager service men? Ladies at least need never call venus home appliances because all they can be assured of getting to hear is nonsense and more nonsense and some more rude non nonsensical words from the venus service men and customer care?better to throw venus water heater in the rubbish bin or sell it in scrap.

At the time of  selling their product this company gives you an image of efficiency by their misleading ads, but when it comes to service delivery  they  are existing in THE dark middle ages. They have hired uneducated boors and idiotic village men from Bihar who simply do not want to work  and make all kid of dumb exuceses  to not  to come to customers home for service even in the warranty period. I have till date never seen this kind of idiotic behaviour from service MEN of any Indian company.

If you are living in new Delhi, never buy Venus geysers because they have only two servicemen for most of Delhi and believe it or not these service men make you wait whole day  and then call you at Six pm when you are fed up of waiting to tell you that it is too cold to come,  when  during November in Delhi evening temp is around 22 degrees  centigrage at around six pm.  No bias against  biharis in Delhi,  but BIHARI workmen hired by Venus exhibit the worst qualities of BIHARI labor class, :  which  is as usual;-) the lowest possible IQ  but  kingsize  attitude of stupidity. Plus it is a Chennai based company with no professionalism.  It is a  combination of slack "madrasi"  lazy  laid back  sambar wada attitude  with  a liberal dose  of   BIHARI  Buffalo Brain chara ghotala kitsch and stinking khichdi.  Well yes VENUS PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT SERVICE STINK TO HIGH HEAVEN?  DO  NOT EVER BUY!
