Veerangana hotel is a government owned hotel in jhansi city .It is situated on the main road on the Jhansi-Shivpuri Highway and is near to the power house .The hotel has recently undergone a tremendous makeover and renovation carried out by the tourism department .The office of the tourism department is also located here.
The rooms in this hotel are clean, However they are not so luxurious as we get in high budget hotels, But they are cozy and comfortable to stay .The bathrooms are modern and clean and hygienic and can be used easily by both elders and children .The hotel also has open space to organize parties and functions and can be used as a play area and recreational are for guests residing in this hotel .The staff is trained and the rooms were well organized .
There is a restaurant in the hotel for guests which serve a variety of food .The food is presented in a good way, Its not that pleasing and fashionable, but just okay .Ambiance of this hotel is calm and comfortable .There is greenery all around and the hotel is a bit away from the main highway so all those noises of vehicles do not bother the ones staying here.The hotel premises is clean and tidy and the restaurant is also well maintained .The main drawback her is lack of recreational facilities to the guests which could have been better .
Overall for the money we pay .This hotel is worth what we pay .So yes this offers value for money.
