Hello, my name is Srinivas Merugu and I worked at ValueLabs for one and half year(approx.) in BD. ValueLabs is the worst Indian IT company that I have worked for in my career. The Managers can't trust themselves to lead, so they install layers upon layers at ValueLabs. Most of the hire are previous year pass out graduates with an agreement/bond of 2 years. If a candidate wants to quit the company within 2 years such person should pay hefty price and 75% of the company is filled with such bonded labourers. It is unfortunate that this organisation track the number of minutes their employees spend in the restroom.
The company management here carry a typical Indian mind-set of authority and boss-subordinate culture. Persons are fired for following reasons:-
If superior feels insecure
Hired a person somehow with high salary due pressing need. Such person is targeted first and fired once such resource(s) is no more billable.
Bottom line: I faced so much humiliation here, therefore; I have taken a sweet revenge by taking away the entire database(prospects, sales leads and as well as the whole database) from this company to my next employer.
