3rd grade service of Flipkart
I purchased Vu Premium 126cm(50 inch) Ultra HD(4K) tv from flipkart and got received on 11th June
11th I called for installation and told that it will be done within 48 hours
Again after 48 hours I called again and they answered it will take 72 hours
I waited until 17th but din received any call for installation after that I called 11 to 12 times on the toll free number and I demanded to talk with senior management but no one transfer the call
now On 18th I got message that your installation person in appointed and will be done .
But now my question is if I suffered a lot for the installation itself then in future if any problem regarding any service issue then who will responsible to answer me …. already my warranty is stated from 11th .
Due to good reviews of Vu tv I have purchased but installation service is extremely poor by #Flipkart as there are no one who can give proper solution I want to return this product and want my money back. I will take the TV from the local supplier at least he will answer me properly.
