The VU 40K16 Full HD LED TV is a good quality product, it has a genuine quality of output but it is too fragile and unreliable. TV screen of the one I bought literally cracked at the time it was being assembled. It was under warranty at that time as I had just bought but I had to pay for it anyway because the poor service providence of the company. When I tried to call the service centre, no one picked up my call and I was in the queue for about an hour. When I approached the service certre by myself, they said that the damage was not a fault by the company and hence I didn't get any loosening in the prices of the repair.
I will not recommend to anyone, not just because they didn't repaired my TV for free but even after yesterday was the third time the screen cracked and the TV has misbehaved 4 times in the last 2 years.
