It is the best ISP for dial up connection.The speed is very fast especially during non-peak hours and their customer support is quite good,which has improved further after the Tata takeover.Moreover renewals can now be done by credit card on a secure site.Very rarely do you fail to make a connection.Ensures a low phone bill as connectivity is fast.However they need to jazz up their home page as it requires some attention to make it look like a portal.It has a reliable roaming facility which enables one to connect from any of the cities where VSNL has a presence.Compared to Satyam it is miles ahead
