Vsnl is improving their performance compared to last years problems where in there was lot of hangover, server getting down in the middle, phone getting disconnect very often. Now after switching over to cable connection from the cable operator in Bangalore I am able to work on vsnl sites very well but there speed is very low and website building details to the begineers is very limeted.
