I feel this review is:
I rate this ISP as best in India compared to other ISP providers in India. The connection speed is very good. Connects instantly no need to dial up again and again. The down load speed is between 5 kbps to 12 kbps. Once connected never disconnects. The configuration of mail account into your outlook express simpler just need to type mail.vsnl.net for incoming as well as outgoing mail. The support also is very good. VSNL is offering night and sundays full day free surfing. You can renew your account through the net or you can open an account. Renewal is instant where as for a new account it takes about 3 to 4 working days to get a password and login ID.
