I feel this review is:
I had booked seat L3 of bus KA 25 D4281 on 26 March 2017 from Aundh parihar chowk to belgaum. I was waiting there from 8.23 pm onwards but the bus did not pick me up. I received message of bus number at 9.05 pm. Even that concerned fellow did not take corcern to call me. At 10.30 the conductor calls me and tells to come to katraj with 15 minutes which takes more than half an hour to reach there. and he don't have manners to talk with woman. He was literally shouting at me and telling it was my fault. Pathetic service. Totally disappointed by the service. I did not expect this from vrl.
