I feel this review is:
I am not very fond of makeup but one thing I never forget to wear when I go out is VLCC kajal. It adds great beauty to eyes and are extremely fine to apply. VLCC is one brand I always come back to when I need a kajal. I also use their Green and Blue Kohl but my personal favourite is enchanting eyes. It gives darkest looks like liquid one is applied. Does not even smudge at all. One can wear it for atleast 10hrs without smudge. Glides smoothly. It does not go even if you wash the face mildly. I have been using this brand since a year now and I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
