SelectShaadi VIP - Fraud, Useless & Ineffective. Review on VIP Shaadi

I am one of those who after being a paid member of Shaadi.com, fell victim to fraudulent sale of select shaadi service and foolishly paid for their select shaadi service. I very clearly asked the sales persons(Mr. Ajmal and Ms. Ayeman; 022-45767470 and other numbers from Mumbai) if they have the kind of profiles I want, also discussing what I do not. I have been a piad member for over a year and it hadn't helped much. They said they cannot share the profiles or how many but they promised they have what we are looking for and that they will send at least four every week, exactly of our choice. They also said they will appoint one dedicated account manager to search and follow-up with the profiles of our liking. They called us multiple times a day, every day to chase till we paid.

I paid and that's where the reality unfolded. Ms. Rachna Vora was assigned as the account manager. She would send us profiles that we specifically asked to ignore, even prior to making the payments. When I complained and requested refund(in a week, not long), their customer care executive Neha Khatri(022-30541899) shared that the emails are automated and cannot even be stopped. There are no extra profiles that they have, it is same as what we get thru automated emails. Even there, they randomly pick some profiles among the interests expressed to your's and send you more automated emails with same profiles, with source email address of your acc manager. This fraudulently makes your feel that they are from your account manager where as these are just automated. So, many of emails received from Rachna would fraudulently be automated and COMPLETELY ignorant to what we want. These are also the same profile(interests) which you receive even without paying for the service. I shared these emails with them, but no use. I asked to be sent what I want a zillion times - no use.

They have bluntly told me that once paid, they will not refund it. They continue to send me profiles completely ignorant of what we want. The sales people are now unreachable, as you would expect from a low grade sales company with fraudulent practices.

Marriage is a sensitive matter. We are from girl's side and as you can imagine, ready to pay if it works out. Sadly, shaadi.com exploited this well and be-fooled me. I am sure there are many who feel the same way.

Do not fall victim to this fraud. If you had the similar experience, please connect with me. I've filed a case with my credit card provider. If they do not refund, I will file a consumer court here at Bangalore. I would like to collaborate with you. There is no reason they should not refund, if they cannot provide the service.
