Water purifiers are a must in Indian conditions, be it Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta, Chennai....forget about ambala or some other town.
This product has two line of defense.
First it has got a candle filter which like other filters remove suspended particles of certain size.
Second is its UV (Ultra Violet) filter which is useful in destroying becterias etc.
The plus point is that it does not require plumbing, which is need as you dont get 24 hrs water supply. So not water to filter. Here a tank to fill and it works on this stored water.
The one thing missing is the activated carbon filter to remove odour etc. but I guess they wanted to be different from aquaguard.
