The Usha is new entrant and by brand name I went but this was a big mistake. The product has got some real design flaws which I tried to explain as my Jars started to leave copper powder inside the food being grinded. Initially the technician did not agree then after much discussion under warranty they agreed to replace but it took like a month. What I saw is these new one. Also it's light weight and the motor also went off within 3 months. Looks like very cheap materials used.
The customer care guys are dumb and they only talk script doesn't matter what your problem is. Their job is to book a complaint and the technician work is to close that call they (they may visit your place or they may not your but call will be closed.)
The technician will argue that a lot and try to take the customer for a ride. This is because they are not from Usha, it's subcontracted. I am able to gather info that USHA from technicians that they do not have a good supply of spares and they try to buy time to get over 1 year warranty period. If the coupler of jar goes for a toss, you need to buy the jar. And they are dam expensive.
Please avoid this brand at any cost.
