During past, I had purchased a Usha Flora sewing machine model. Though Usha is a very big industry, but I remained at total loss in purchasing its product.Within a month from the date of purchase by me, the problems started resulting.Whenever a service engineer came to my home, the machine started working properly and within a week;it again stopped working properly.Last time, the mechanic asked to sign the visit copy and we were enforced to refuse him followed by his misbehaviour. We requested him for its replacement and he anguishly said, "There is no procedure of replacement.We can only repair the machine".This was despite being in under two years warranty which was still valid and the mechanic said that there is no procedure of replacement.Finally, I applied to the Consumer Forum in order to get a solution of this defective piece.
