I had registered complaint on 8th july 2023 for service of three exhaust fans which were installed approximately three years back in DLF ULTIMA sector 81 Gurgaon in all apartments. Warranty period is over.
Everyday I have been calling them for technician visit, but nothing is done. On their own they have mentioned that parts are not available without any visit.
The technician allocated for this task Mr Mukul Kumar has left this job long back and informed the company number of times as told to me by him.
Spoke to senior person Mr Rakesh and was informed by customer care agent that technician will visit between 7 pm - 8 pm on 12th July positively. Again no visit no message and no call.
Why are you humiliating/ harassing your customers? Usha after sale service is really very very bad. At least ten calls have been made but no visit or call.
Is this the way Usha sale service works? Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with Usha customer care service.
