I dont Find that union bank is one of the best Bank.
I dont agree with this statements.
I'm not happy with their services.
Although there are no such issues.
You can easily open you account in union bank.
You can easily deposite your money in the saving account.
But once you are entered, you're stuck, I must say.
And if you are someone which is used to of doing things online, then this banking services is not useful for you.
Please dont do it with this bank.
Their internet banking facilities are so poor.
They take alot of time to transfer your money.
For any transaction, you have to remember two passwords ( one is login password and other is transaction password) and you have to change them usually which cause a trouble and increase the chances of forgetting password.
And if any case you forget your password and you dont have your atm card then you will get new password after 4-5 days, till then you cant do any transaction.
Thier mobile banking facilities are not so good, they do not provide any extra facility.
Along with that their Atm card facility is also poor.
You cant tranfer your money with the Atm card which is a huge negative point of this bank.
So I wont recomend you this bank.
And cant rate it more than 3stars!
