I had an account in Union bank of India at gurgaon sector-14 branch. once I visited to branch to deposit 25K into my account all the requirement I had fulfilled with deposit slip and deposited on the counter. but the text sms did not ping in my mobile phone. I though due to network or server issue it had happened but that was not the reason. I check all deposited details rom my net bank that is also not reflecting any o the details.
so I rushed to the bank and told the concern with the manager and thaks to deposit slip that I did not dispose off. he took the complaint and reunded back my amount after 3 days.
This happened due to bank employee who crdited my fund into another account this shows there carelessness. Else all good related to union bank. mobile banking and phone banking also work on time but sometime app take little more loading time. ATM's are quite less but thanks to other bank ATM's
