Initially I purchased a wet grinder (Premier eazygrinder) from Mangal & Mangal, Trichy. It was not working, after repeated complaints, the company service staff attended the problem, but unable to identify and solve the problem. Company staff left it as is where is and not answering my calls. Hence I decided to buy Ultra wet grinder. Again I purchased the same from Manga & Mangal on 12.2.2024. I face the same problem. Grinder not grinding properly. Have made a complaint and company yet to attend the problem.
Now that I faced the above problem by purchasing the items from Mangal & Mangal, I doubt their credibility. I think companies are supplying sub standard products to Mangal & Mangal ( since they get maximum cut) and in turn customers are supplied with sub standard products.
Hence customers should be very carful in their purchase.
