I bough this useless product in sept 2008 , since day 1 it was giving heavy noice - which engineer told that will be fine after couple of hr RUN.After a week.
It become a probelm , rahter than a solution for kitchen - heavy sound - no SUCTION.& this company is so un-professional that - no one reverts on your quoreies.sales person , teritory manager , Services head , Regional managers.
Whoever "DO NOT BE AVAILABLE , ONCE YOU BOUGHT the product"Then you keep on chasing one or the other person in the company to get it change or replace.I am fed up of this product & services / un-professional attitute of this company.
I strongly recommend - "NOT TO BUY ULTRAFRESH CHIMNEY OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS CO."i AM GOING TO FILE A CASE AGAINST THIS NOW IN CONSUMER COURT. PROCEDURE IS VERY SIMPLE.
