Pathetic service centre. Review on Ujjwal Hyundai - Ambad - Nashik

Unfortunately a very very bad experience with this service centre. My 3 year old car bought from this same Ujjwal Hyundai showroom was causing lot of issues and hence I wanted to get it serviced. I called the service manager directly in the morning asking him if I can bring my car for servicing within half an hour. I stay very far from this service centre. After he confirmed that I can get the car, I visited the service centre. After reaching the service centre, they denied servicing the vehicle saying that it is not due yet. I explained that I still need to get the issues that the car is facing to be sorted. Post this, they agreed to work on the car issues and keep the car ready by 3pm. After calling them at 3:15pm, they said the car is not ready and will be ready by 4:30pm. After calling them at 4:30pm, they said that the car is still not ready and will be ready by 5:30pm. After 5 minutes, the executive calls me and tells me that I will need to take the car tomorrow as it won't be ready today. When I told him that I need the car today, he said cleaning and washing will not be done then. Frustrated I called the service manager and asking him what non sense is going on at the service centre to which I got a reply saying that I had told u not to get the car today. Believe me folks, Ujjwal Hyundai has the most pathetic service centre. Very bad. Very disappointed. Please do not get your car serviced from this centre ever.
