We(myself, wife) flew from Istanbul to Mumbai on their flight on Oct 18. The flight was delayed by around 2 hours, due to which, we missed our connecting flight on Oct 19. When asked, in flight, on what we should do, we were told to contact Jet Airways, their code share partner.
And Jet Airways washed their hands off saying that we need to pay Rs 16000 for a new flight ticket for Mumbai to Bangalore. This is the treatment they mete out to a Star Alliance Gold customer. God knows what they will do, to a normal one. And they won the Airline of the Year in Europe! Guess rest are worse.
